Producer of feedstock for the iron and steel industry. Northern GOK produces iron ore concentrate with 66% Fe and pellets with 62.3% and 63% Fe. The company mines large quartzite deposits of Pervomayskiy and Annovskiy open-pit mines.

Ukraine's only enterprise that uses both open-cast and underground mining techniques. Central GOK produces iron ore concentrate with 67.5% and 68.2% Fe and pellets with 65.62% Fe.

United Coal Company is a producer of coking and steam coal located in the Central Appalachian coal basin region of the United States. The company was founded in 2004 and acquired by Metinvest Group in 2009.
