Metinvest Career Centre helps Kryvyi Rih residents find employment

The Metinvest Career Centre was opened in Kryvyi Rih on April 25. It aims to provide open access to all vacancies throughout the Group. This approach to liaising with potential employees was a first in the Ukrainian mining and steel industry.

The centre works in several areas, including recruitment, informing potential candidates about their chosen professions, and implementing training and development programmes. The centre’s staff can also provide assistance preparing CVs. The vacancy database is updated daily.

At the office, visitors can watch videos about their chosen profession and learn more about the production process to help them to make the right choice.

— The Metinvest Career Centre is a new project on the labour market. It applies the efficient “one-window” principle, acting as a hub where people can come for a list of vacancies with information about potential jobs, including salary, social package, working hours and other details. We care about helping people to find work in their hometowns, close to their families, and our centre is one way that we do this. We are not only interested in staffing our operations: we also want to help candidates to find a vocation and join the team of professionals at Metinvest.
