Application
Steel grade 30KHGSA is used when manufacturing heat-treated (improved) products, including shafts, gear wheels, axles, housings and blades of compressor machines that operate at temperatures of up to 200ºC, pushers and levers, critical welded structures that operate under various loads and fasteners that operate at low temperatures.
Welding
Steel grade 30KHGSA has limited weldability. The recommended welding methods are manual arc welding, argon arc welding, submerged and shielded welding. Heat treatment is necessary before and after welding.
