Application
Steel 20kp after cyanidation or carburizing is used in the manufacture of products with high surface hardness and low core strength – fastenings, axles, sprockets, pins; after normalization or without heat treatment, the steel is used in the production of parts operated in the temperature range from -20 to +425°C – fittings, connecting pieces, bolts, shafts, housings, flanges.
Welding
No restrictions (except for parts after chemical heat treatment). Welding methods: manual arc welding, automatic submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding, resistance spot welding.
