Metinvest produces wire rod coils made of low carbon, high carbon and alloy steel. The product is used for the production of wire, electrodes and welding materials, ropes, reinforcement strands, fibre and so on.

Wire rod is produced at a continuous high speed rolling mill under special rolling conditions to control the structure and properties of the finished product.
